Mériscope is a environmental charity registered in Canada with a mission to protect marine ecosystems in general and marine mammals in particular through research, education, public awareness and conservation.
Being a member of Mériscope means first and foremost supporting our mission and defending our values. Membership is renewable annually and allows all members to benefit from exclusive advantages. Valid from January 1 to December 31.
Active and corporate members have the following privileges :
- 10% discount at the Mériscope Boutique up to the amount of your annual membership fee
- 50% discount on public events
- 10% discount on private conference fees
- Access to the members-only section of the website
- Attend and vote at annual general assembly
- Be eligible for election to the board of directors
- Attend meetings of the board of directors, but do not have the right to vote.
Corporate members also have the following privilege :
- 10% discount on a zodiac excursion with a marine biologist (one per year, with reservation).
